Why does the listing say for 6splus but then also says not for 6s plus? what gives?

Because iphone 6, iphone 6 plus, iphone 6s, and iphone 6s plus are four different phones! This one is just for iphone 6s plus.

Does the new battery have any electrical charge in it when you ship it out? I connected the new battery but cannot turn on the phone.

I was going to do it myself but instead, I had Battly Plus instead my son's and it had an 85% charge when we turned it on before we left. I would make sure you connected the battery to the phone correctly since it didn't come on. Or take to a place that can check to make sure you have the connectors in place. Check to make sure you have them all connected after you reopen the back and push them down. Do a power test before putting the back on. Their video on here does help and gives you step-by-step instructions. Hope that helps one way or another.

Camera and flash stop working after battery replacement. Anyone know what could've happen?

I have the same issue, not sure why…could be that the new battery has different current/voltage spec and the flash and camera is sensitive to that??? too bad I threw out the old oem battery otherwise I would go back to confirm if the old oem would fix the issue. Wonder if you have found the fix for this yet?

Can anyone tell me their long term experience with this battery? Debating this vs. $49 to have apple store do it.
