Yes, it goes on wet but only takes a few minutes to dry. Or, you can rub it in as you would do with the cream. Just don't forget to wash your hands if you do!

Icy HOt seems to be not coming out on the roller--is it so light that you cannot even tell if it is there?? I cannot see or feel it..........

You should see the track of medicine when you roll it through the skin. You may want to shake it before you use it. I have used Icy Hot for 5 years and never experienced any negative.

How do you get the roller ball to roll? Mine doesn't work

Sometimes they are a little stubborn to start! I just keep working at it and push real hard against the ball in different directions. If you just cannot get it to work take it back to the store and replace it!

Why does this take over a month to ship if Prime? This is ridiculous.

I have no idea. Ask the people who make it. Or you could buy it in the store sooner where it usually costs more.
