I am 5'5, chubby, big thighs. size 14. will it fit me? do i get a "queen"v

My lady friend, who I bought them for, is a size 14 with big thighs and is an inch taller. They fit her fine and she likes them too! Believe me, she looks great in them also!! I bought Queen. She did use them with a garter belt!

I am 5'8" and around 150, would these work for me? Always weary with these when one size fits all...
