Q: What is the actual lip to lip diameter (o.d.) of the pot?

The inner diameter is 9.8 inches per the website. There is no specific info for the outer diameter but it is just stainless steel 1/8th thick or less. If you factor the lid it is at most 12 inch diameter.

Q: Can I order a replacement Lid?

You'd have to contact the seller to see if they offer a replacement. Its just a circle of tempered glass with no fittings. Expect any full service glass dealer could make one easily.

Q: Since the pressure gauge is on the side of the pot, does that mean that's as high as I can fill the chamber? Or actually just under?

You shouldn't pour silicon directly into your degassing chamber anyway. Use mixing containers and put those in, just remember the degassing will cause the silicon to expand as the air escapes so you never want to fill any container past halfway regardless.

Q: What is the small mesh gasket pad that comes with all of these kits used for?

I believe it's for setting things on inside the chamber while using cactus juice or whatever to keep the item off the bottom.
