Love this product! It really helps with my cervical spondylosis. Heats up really quickly and having the timer is perfect if I fall asleep with it on.

Good so far. Brought as a replacement for the previous pad, which became unsafe. A comment would be that the power lead is too short and the collar is a bit too stiff. A good point is the collar down the back of the neck, which helps.

Really good and comfortable heating pad. I bought to help my neck which it isn't helping, but I don't know what's wrong with it. Probably trapped nerve. This is really hot even on lowest setting. The timer is great. Say you set at 90 mins. When 30 mins passes, it moves the light to 60 then 30 until it runs its time. Highly recommend 👌

This heats up really quickly and is excellent however the power connection is at the rear of the collar and unreachable, you have to take it off if you need to move about therefore loosing any heat then reconnect before sitting down again. It would be much better at the front.
