We have been using these body socks for about 8 years now. We have 2 kids with disabilities and extra sensory needs. We started out with the small body socks several years ago, and they got used -all the time. - For years. These are very high quality and durable. After extreme use, one of the 4 snaps did finally stop snapping, but that wasn't a big deal and was completely understandable. With how tough this kid is, I'm shocked the other 3 snaps didn't ever stop working. We have finally moved up to this next size sock for our 2 kiddos, and they are loving them. I expect them to laar many more years. And the first ones that we bought and used are still in such good shape that we will be passing them along to other families we know for their kids to keep using. If you're looking for sensory tools for kids, this is one of the very top ones you should buy. They pack up so small, so they don't take up any space. They are fully washable and dryable. You can stretch them out so much. Sometimes Mt kids would stuff them full of stuffed animals so much that we couldn't even pick them up, and then crawl inside and have a squash party. Wash and dry and they'd instantly go back to original size to use again. Buy it.

We just received this so my som hasn’t used it much but the few times he has, he’s loved it. He is 3, autistic and very sensory seeking. He likes to pull his shirts down around his knees or feet and stretch them out. I got this sensory sock in order for him to replicate that fabric-stretching stimulation in a way that won’t keep tearing up his clothes. It seems to be working well so far. The fabric seems very good quality. My son is about 40 inches and 40 pounds and I got him the medium size sock which seems to be a good fit for him right now. It is very roomy so there is plenty of room to stretch out.
