is it ok to change the enluxtra every day

I change it daily. Ask the dr if it is ok to disturb the primary dressing. If it is, change everything when it gets wet from drainage. Otherwise just change the absorbant enluxtra. Good luck!

Can this be used with a wound pump?

It cannot be used the same time as a wound pump. Unless I am misunderstanding you, I am not aware of any dressings you can use the same time as a wound pump as it needs to suction a open wound.

is there a backing to peel off? There are no instructions on the package.

There is no backing to peel off. There is only a label side marked all over with "THIS SIDE UP" and a plain unlabeled side. I put the unlabeled side against my wound and tape over it to hold the pad in place.
