Yes, I specifically use these for our clothes and coats.

Q: Do these pop up out of the box like Kirkland?

No, too big and heavy. They come in two rolls that you have to remove from the box.

Q: Is this price for one box?

It is for one box, but was about $7.00 less when I bought. We use one a week for our household trash and they work fine..
