Colour is nice and exterior material is thick. Better than some cheap wheels. Would be good if the core material is better quality thereby heavier. I have a heavier one which is more sturdy.

Verdaderamente te permite tener ese apoyo extra para lograr mas... si te cuesta trabajo, seguro que lograrás mejores resultados, terminarás menos cayendo al piso; si, es un soporte y una herramienta para poder conseguir mas sin lastimarte.

I knew pretty much nothing about yoga wheels before my purchase; I chose this one because it was well-reviewed and came in a 10" size which suits my short stature. Prior to this, I would be stiff after sitting for 30 minutes or more, needing several steps to straighten up. Since using it a bit, though, that stiffness has evaporated and I feel like a normal human being again. Now if it could just subtract a decade or two from my age...
