I love this little oximeter

Great gadget

I like the silicone cover but find that it is difficult to get a reading. Takes at least 10-20 seconds and then still doesn't sometimes register. Edit: I am updating a review I left saying it wasn't sensitive enough and giving 5 stars to the company for great customer service! After leaving my first review they contacted me to inquire about the problem. After I explained my experience they quickly sent out a new oximeter for me to try. I am happy to say, this works perfectly! The first one I received was flawed. This registers quickly and accurately. Rare to see a company respond positively to a customer's concerns. Highly recommend this product and the company!

As a Respiratory Therapist of 46 years I know my Pulse Oximetry and went about shopping for Pulse Oximeters for myself and various relatives to use to monitor ourselves from home during the pandemic. I am used to using very expensive and accurate devices in the ICU so I spent hours researching this purchase. The Zacurate brand Pulse Oximeters are the best of the affordable Pulse Oximeters on Amazon and very accurate and clear to read and easy to use plus reliable. I prefer the Zacurate 500E model because it clearly shows the person’s waveform showing if blood flow to the finger is adequate. Great price, reliable company and shipping, comes with clear instructions, cover, lanyard, batteries, nice padded carrying case, and even nifty color choices ! This is a Best Buy from this RT!

This device is of the best quality. It’s sturdy and comfortable for your finger. Once you push the power button it starts to monitor your blood oxygen level and heart rate. It says finger out when you take your finger out. Once it’s out the regulator shuts off automatically. The case that comes with it is of the best quality also. The silicone cover that comes with it has to stay on the device as I couldn’t get mine to take a reading without it. The silicone cover should fit tighter but doesn’t. I recommend this to anyone and I would buy it again.

The Zacurate 500E is a premium device. It is easy to use and understand, and comes with a nice set of clinical data that they used to validate the accuracy and precision. I chose this SPO2 meter for the OLED readout which is crisp and bright, as well as the better accuracy over the cheaper models. In my view this is a lab quality instrument.

Easy to use and to see readings

Just what I need to keep an eye on things after a recent diagnosis. Just a shame the batteries needed to be replaced on the second day! !!!! I really didn't use it that much!!!! I am pleased with it though & love the little case it has to protect it.

I recently read and article about Covid and how people at home can help monitor themselves in case they have been exposed. The piece I read mentioned the use of fingertip oximeters to check your blood oxygen which can be severely effected by being contaminated with the virus. The article recommended the gadget as a cheap addition to the family medicine cabinet. I ordered one and it was delivered the next day which was great. I am a bachelor living alone in my 70's so its a good thing to have around not just for Covid. A well designed product with excellent display.with accurate readings since mine were checked at my doctors surgery on her oximeter.. I recommend this cheap accessory..

The one thing that you can monitor if you or a family member gets covid is their blood oxygen level. There have been cases where the person who has covid has felt fine but their blood oxygen level has dropped and being able to identify this and go to hospital has saved them. Very easy to use and good value for the price. Delivery was very fast (next day for me).

Very pleased with this item ... nice and easy to use and very good quality , even comes with a very soft silicone cover to protect the unit which you can leave on or take off when you use it would highly recommend
