Value for money protein shake
Probably the best of the cheaper brands. Mixes well with skimmed milk in shaker bottle. No clumping, very smooth texture and flavour not overpowering. Have only tried the Vanilla. Good value for money.

How to achieve ‘natural’ muscle gains….
You know, there’s no great secret when it comes to achieving a well-balanced muscular physique. I’ve been bodybuilding for many years, so I speak from experience. To pack on that beefcake and feel good you just need to follow a disciplined weight-training programme (train at least 3-4 times each week), keep to a sensible, healthy diet, try to limit/avoid alcohol, and get 7-8 hours sleep each night - and THAT’S IT! As regards diet, you ideally need to daily consume 1.0 - 1.5 grams of protein per Kg of your own body weight. Personally, I prefer to get that protein from lean red meat, chicken, fish, eggs, soya and semi-skimmed milk etc. However, there are often days when I can’t achieve my personal protein target (presently 130g), so I need a top-up in the form of this whey protein supplement from PBN. I find this product to be reasonably priced, it contains high quality ingredients and it’s easy to mix and consume. Personally, I ain’t bothered about the taste because I’m not seeking a scrumptious milk shake, I just want a ‘quick to digest’ serving of protein, so I just purchase whatever flavour is the cheapest - on this occasion it was the ‘Cookies & Cream’ one. By the way, I do like that this PBN brand is sweetened using sucralose, which is an ideal sugar substitute because it contains zero calories.I have to say that I personally believe that weight-training is the best route to looking and feeling your best, so I’m always willing to pass on my tips to fellow gym rats. In the meantime, thanks for checking out my review, I do hope you found it of use - and remember: Train Hard, Live Better!🏃♀️➡️🚴♀️🤸♀️🏋️♀️💪

Good
Product is good for this price range. Taste is very good, i saw no sugar in many comments before i buy it but actually it is very sugary compared to On whey,Muscle blaze etc. Although taste wise i liked the flavor of this one more. Mixebility is also very good, felt little bloating. Overall good product result is also good.

Too sweet
Why did you choose this product over others?:The vanilla flavour is nice but it is too sweet for my liking. Won't be buying again

My favourite whey protein powder.
I've tried various similar products but this is definitely the best; mixes easily, great subtle taste, not too frothy even when mixed with a blender. Packaging is very well thought out - closes tightly & easily to keep the powder fresh for a VERY long time.

Not worth it
Unfortunately, not a good brand of whey. I always compare with the first brands to have a standard, so how come this brand is impossible to fully mix with water? I thought it would be a good idea to try this one, but it's a waste of money.Taste and flavour is acceptable though.

Decent Budget Protein with Some Trade-offs
PBN whey protein offers good value for money, especially considering its high protein content (23.4g per serving) at a low price point. For those looking for an affordable option, this is a solid choice. In terms of quality, it provides nutritional benefits similar to premium brands like Bulk, making it a cost effective alternative. However, the taste and mixability could be better. Having tried multiple flavors, I found cookies & cream to be off, especially when compared to chocolate or vanilla, which are slightly better. The texture is quite lumpy and it doesn’t always dissolve well, which might be a downside for those who prefer a smoother shake. That said for £16 per kg (33 servings), it’s hard to complain. If you’re looking for a budget friendly protein powder that still delivers solid protein content, PBN is worth considering just be prepared to compromise on taste and texture.
