وصل لي بحجم العمالقه يجب علي ان اقطع المنتج ليجعله مناسب لدخوله الى الحذاء يمكن هذه هي طريقه ولكن لا تناسبني انا شخصيا فلذلك النجوم الثلاث فقط لطريقه استخدام اما كمنتج فلا اعلم لاني لم استخدمه وبالنسبه للشركه فانها معروفه عالميا بخبرتها في صحه الرجل لا استطيع ان انصح به ولذلك عدم استخدام له بسبب حجمه لقير طبيعي ويجب ان اقطعه وليس لديه وقت او مزاج لاجلس اقطع

Dr Scholls are a good old standby cushioning pads...nothing fancy, but good and inexpensive. I have bought a lot of different insoles. I like these the best. They don't stick to the feet, make them hot, and they aren't too firm. They stay put and don't come out when taking shoes off. I didn't know they had the double cushioning ones available until I bought these. You trim them with scissors to fit. I wear a size 10 medium width women's shoe. I cut about 2" of the length. Only the length needed trimming. This little insole does a great job of adding cushioning. The double thick ones provide real comfort to the feet. I bought these and the thinner ones. The thinner ones add some comfort and are great for using in shoes that are a little to big. They help them fit better. These are also good to use if one leg is a little shorter than the other. I have put the cushion in just one shoe to balance my leg length. I have also used one thicker one and one thinner one to balance my legs out. I find they are not attractive in open toed sandals. I tried it in the sandals and would have worn them, even though they didn't look so good, but my feet slide forward in the open sandals and that forward slide felt uncomfortable.
