My old brand was not available so I tried this Ester C. it does not give me an upset stomach, large capsule but I have no problem. Seems to work well, take it everyday to stay away from cold.

I take this every day to reduce inflammation associated with a healing surgical scar. The capsule is larger than some, but it slides down my throat with a bit of liquid. I like that I only have to get one, 1000mg capsule down per day.

We keep these in our rotation. This company used to sell the loose powder but I’ve only been able to find the capsules lately. I take apart one capsule and pour it into a shot glass of OJ for me and my daughter. Helps keep our immune system strong!
