Missing an adapter to charge the battery and no mention of the propellers that are included in the box. Quality control is nonexistent. Could not get this one to work. The "On/Off" button does not change position noticeably when it is pushed, so can't even tell when it is supposed to be on. Access to the battery is difficult and tine consuming. Overall, very disappointing.

My son bought this for the pool. He was so excited to use it. It worked great for about 10 minutes, then one propeller quit working. I assumed it maybe just needed to charge, but even after charging it, the one side won’t work. It was a short lived excitement.

I bought to remote sharks & they both were defective

Screws rusted to battery door, just beyond return period but didn’t even make it thru the summer, Worthless! And customer support is only in Japanese, yet sold in America….. problem there with no communication options in English

The battery never accepts a full charge. Let it charge for almost a week and the light was still red. The motors pulsate even at close range like the battery is dying, or as if it is getting out of range. Moves very slow in the water if it moves at all. I will most likely be returning this item.

Very cheaply made, dirty out of the box. Once charged, the motors are alway on. The sharks only swims in circles, the controls don’t works most of time. Need better child labor when assembling this thing.

Did not work out of the box. Would not pair and the lights on charger would not do as directions stated.Junk item. Do not buy.
