Does the headrest move? In the video the woman is seen moving the headrest back and forth, but I’m noticing some of the comments say it doesn’t move.

No. I had to force mine to straighten out. Maybe others do but mine did not.

Does it come with the foot stool?

Yes it comes with the foot stool. We have had ours for about 2 months now and it is very comfortable.

I just received this chair and the head rest is tilted forward and won’t move. Any advice to get it to move?

You have to press it firmly all the way forward then it will go back. Similar to the body of thr chair. Mine was pretty stiff.
