Useful for hard of hearing and elderly
High quality phone . Very good for anyone who is hard of hearing and easy to alter volume for both ringing and speaking and listening to whoever calls. The keys are large and clear which is useful .

Amazing for what we needed.
Needed a phone that was easy to use and had a loud ringer as well as a boost to make quiet calls louder. An this does everything just he careful not to press the boost button by accident when you're on phone and don't need it. My ears were ringing for a fair whole after 😂

Fantastic phone for the hard of hearing!
Bought this for a 91 year old who needs an amplifier on her phone due to being extremely deaf even with hearing aids. She'd previously been using an old BT one (almost 30yrs old!) with amplifier. This phone is fantastic - not only does it have a very good amplifier but there's also a volume switch to increase the sound further. At the moment she only uses the volume to number 3 and it goes up to 9 so there's further capacity for if/when her hearing deteriorates further. She's been using the phone for a month now and I'm pleased to say it's working fantastically well. The phone isn't cheap but when you calculate the cost of trying cheaper ones (and possibly failing) it works out good value for money. Would wholeheartedly recommend it!!!

TERRIBLE PHONE, SO BAD I THREW IT IN THE DUSTBIN
I have excellent hearing but struggled to hear even with the handset volume turned to full. So I turned on the loudspeaker. That made the voices harsh and distorted. This is supposed to be for old folks yet the instructions are inadequate to navigate the tiresome menus. Ok, I don't like it so I'll give it away. No, can't do that. Because I had added my dad to the speed dial and it proved impossible to edit or delete the entry. It's there forever so if he changed his number hard luck. More importantly, I could not give the phone away with my dad's number stuck in it. He's 92 and I couldn't risk him getting unwanted calls. So I put the phone in a plastic bag and smashed it to pieces with a club hammer. I then threw my £64 in the dustbin.
