So glad I ordered this product, it's great. Used last night for the first time and it was so easy. Nice and sturdy, crushed the garlic cloves with little effort, rocking motion used as suggested, easy then to transfer to where you need it. Washed out easily with no residue.Also rolled the cloves in the silicon tube first to get rid of outer skin, this worked well., a nice little extra.Will be using this a lot in future, no more fiddly chopping for me.

Easy to use and speeds prep process up dramatically

Not much effort required. Haven't tried it on ginger but does garlic crushing very well. Brush is handy too

I can see this has good reviews and agree it's solid and well made, but it is bulkier than my grater and less effective in my view. Also (and perhaps here I am lacking basic rolling skills I'm unaware of - even as an ex-roll-up smoker) but I cannot get that silly silicon rolling tube to remove the skin and yes I've tried on multiple surfaces & many different techniques. Returning.

I'm so happy I found this, I was grating garlic because my garlic presser just seemed to squash it flat so I'd end up chopping it up anyway. This is perfect, quick and easy to use!

The press is easy to use, works like a dream and is easy to clen

Nightmare to clean... Garlic lodges in the holes and has to be poked out. Pain in the arse to use. Not a very good design. Looks great, feels very sturdy but isn't fun to clean.

Good quality and very strong press
