Likes: Decent build quality Timely delivery Good packaging Dislikes: 1) Poor instruction manual ( One has to guess the formats of screw in vs clamp vs wall mounting ) The reasons for the alen keys is not explicitly mentioned ! 2) The table clamp does not have adjustment for diferring table thickness! 3) The final articulating ball joint at the monitor interphase is the weakest link and is unable to bear the weight of the 32 and 34 inch monitors which are 2 - 2.5 Kgs at best. It keeps tilting to a downward angle. This design element is plasticky and needs a design rethink. Conclusion: while the design is admirable, the role in adjusting the larger monitors needs a rethink. On the whole, I would advise looking to a better monitor arm.

I bought this monitor arm way back in ye olden days of 2018, and while it was a bear to set it up the first time (this is the result of physics, not of the product itself) ever since then I haven't had to think about it, and "I haven't had to think about it" is pretty high praise when it comes to an office product. I mean if you're sitting around thinking about your office chair all day then it's not a very good office chair, at least not for that office, it isn't. The unit was as easy to install on my table, and the hardware installation was as easy as can be expected when one is trying to wrangle a 15lb, 27" gaming monitor into place. Once I'd adjusted the tension on the arm to my liking it was super easy and stable to move, and man does this have great range of motion! I'd strongly recommend this if your office desk doubles as a work or hobby space, because this arm lets me move my monitor well out of my way and opens my desk up, while leaving my monitor easy to see. Some heads up's I wish I'd had: * You'll want to use this arm installed somewhere that there's plenty of clearance behind your desk or table, the, er, elbow(?) protrudes significantly behind where my desk ends. * Double, then triple check your cables. I got my monitor's power cable pinched, and put too much tension on the DPP cable because I wasn't paying close enough attention. (Luckily Nixeus has good customer service!) * In fact, getting a longer power and video cable might be a wise investment, since you're adding a couple of feet onto the monitor's distance from its outlets and inputs. I don't have a lot that I can compare this monitor arm to, in fact I don't have anything I can compare it to, because it's my first, and it looks like it's going to last me quite a while. It works well, it installs easily, the price is fantastic.... I don't know what else to tell you, if I needed another monitor arm I'd get the same thing again. Easy recommendation for me, great product.

I purchased this monitor arm after starting medical school. I have been having a lot of neck strain from looking downwards towards my laptop screen and even after placing it on top of books it still wasn't high enough. I also wanted to bring the screen further away from my eyes. And the third reason for getting this monitor arm is because I wanted to pair it with an ergonomic keyboard to relieve my carpal tunnel. Assembly was super simple, took an amateur like me 30 minutes following their clear instructions. They labeled each group of parts by letter and packaged them together which was really thoughtful. In terms of build quality, I'm really happy with this product. It's really solidly built and the arm moves really smoothly as advertised. I am using this with a 19inch Acer x193 for now, but plan to upgrade to a larger monitor in the near future. It holds the weight really well and I actually had to reduce the resistance to get the monitor to pivot. Also, the clamps have rubber padding on top and below so no worries about scuffing up the table. Overall I'm really happy with this monitor mount. It has been 1 week and already I feel less neck and wrist strain thanks to my new desk setup. For anyone who spends a lot of time on the computer, I highly recommend investing in a good monitor mount and ergonomic keyboard.

Aldığım ilk monitör kolu, bu yüzden çekincelerim vardı ama kurulumu, kablo yönetimi, sağlamlığı, işlevselliği ve estetikliğiyle beni çok memnun etti. Kendi kullanım amacıma göre ayarladım ve çok memnunum. Masam ferahladı, eşyalarımı daha rahat organize edebiliyorum.
