The ghee arrived fine and the packaging was neat. We opened the pack and found the ghee to be of good quality. It is winter time and the ghee retains its texture. It is neither solid nor liquid which is an indication of good quality. I don't want to discredit the bad reviews. May be they got a fake product, but the one I got was of really good quality.
