10-year accumulation of dust and grime on residential AC unit in Pacific NW, cleaned core & fins very well. Gloved up for application on a calm day - mist from spray bottle could drift (read precautions on bottle, odor was not unpleasant

Use this Coil Cleaner in a spray bottle and use it to clean my outside Heat Pump fins to clean the Clothes Dryer lint that accumulates on it every 4-6 months or so. Spay on, let it sit, then use a AC Brush to scrape the lint off, then hose off the fins. Works great!
