Soul-satisfying pavs
Baker's Dozen pav was more than I expected. Soft, fragrant of wheat bread and so delicious. One of the few breads that claims to have no maida in it and I can well believe it. I've been eating at least 1 pav every day for breakfast from the day I discovered Baker's Dozen online a few months ago. It is soul-satisfying. Have it with butter, dunk it in your chai or eat it with a curry and it tastes good every which way.

Made Me Sick... And Spoiled My Pav Bhaji Too!
I have had some good whole wheat pavs before but this was absolute monstrosity. So sticky from the inside, that it is uncooked, doughy and dense, unlike the airy and fluffy texture that one would expect from any sort of bread. Not a pav, not a sourdough and definitely not worth my money. Oh by the way, consuming uncooked dough comes with its own set of health hazards, out of which I'm already experiencing abdominal pain and nausea already.
