This is only 250mg! It works well, but the title says 500mg. I am switching to a different brand because this is costing me twice as much because I have to double up the dose.

NOW Foods is my go-to brand for the majority of my supplements because I have many allergen and food intolerance issues and this is free of: wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. It is always fresh in expiry date, good quality, and doesn't have unnecessary dyes and colors. I can tell it makes a difference when I run out and don't restock right away. This is one that I have been taking for a few years and I feel better when I keep it in my rotation. I space out my supplements daily so they have time to absorb and not interfere or compete with other supplements. It says to preferably take it with food but sometimes I'm really busy and have taken it without food and have felt fine. Usually I try to have a quick snack not too long after I take it if that's the case - almonds, steamed veggies, a few spoons of oatmeal. I never buy this is any other brand.

Worked as good as advertised.

Highly recommended. I bought this to support healing liver fat for myself. However, I learned that this Choline and Inositol combination is also good for sleeping, especially issues related to anxiety. Therefore, my wife also took this product, together with Ashwagandha, and she was able to sleep much better.
