It’s good and firm enough, definitely give you support but i started to feel pain after i put it on so i need more time to gradually test it. Product is nice tho

arch is waaay tooo big for the 8/8/5 size
the arch on these insoles is so large that it sits in the middle of the foot rather than under the arch of the foot itself.. very uncomfortable. I made the mistake of thinking that i would get used to it.. and throwing away the boxes but no luck... make sure you try it before throwing the packaging

Great value. Way less money than prescription orthotics and so far they seem to be holding up quite well

Doctor recommended this support. It has saved me a lot of hip pain that I had for 17 years. I also was having pain in my big toe joint. This support gave me the arch support I needed. 85 per cent of my pain is gone and most days I have 0. I insert in all my shoes. Thank you, awesome results. ❤️
