Great book full of wonderful quotes from a great mentor long before his time and so much longer after it

Jim Rohn is a master motivator.I credit Jim with my morning motivation sessionswhile I was driving to work each day. He inspired meto be the best I could be. His technique of applyinga motivation and then giving numerous examples madean everlasting impression on my mind.I am retired now.And that is why I bought the book recently.Because I still find myself in need of his examples tokeep me going when the going gets tough.My favorite tape by Jim was on "goal setting".He made me better for it and I applied his philosophyto reach my goals. I basically read all Jim Rohn's books dated before his passing, late 2009, to get the real meat. The Treasury of Quotes is a very concise, simple to read, and to the point to immediately affect one's life positively and permanently. Highly recommended!

i bought the audio version and it was very powerful,rewarding and exciting quotes. i have to buy the kindle version to also read it instead of listening. I love it

I stumbed on this book after purchasing the Weekend Seminar by Jim Rohn on CD ROM. I had heard of Jim from other speakers like Tony Robbins but until now hadn't bothered to listen to any of his material. I found that his CD was just chock full of material and purchased this book as an abbreviated reference to many of his quotes.Jim is more focussed on the business and financial aspect of self help -- although his advice does cross into different areas.Highly recommended reading -- and you might also want to check out the Weekend Seminar CD set as well.
