Will this stick to orange peel wall?

I have not tried but I would say probably not. I got it to stick to a granite countertop and it stayed for maybe a month and then fell off. I finally ended up super gluing it to get it to stay because we tried the sticky stuff it comes with and each time it only stuck for about a month.

Are these waterproof? Could they be used on the floor in a shower?
