Needed to add an extra set of plugs outdoors for various electrical reasons which I won’t bore you with here. These work an absolute treat the light to let you know it’s on is quite helpful only slight downside is the rubber surrounds between the back case and front sockets is a little loose but once screwed in should provide enough cover.

I bought this product for Christmas lights i was going to hang around a tree and a couple of small bushes outside my house. It has on the product description that it's suitable for Christmas lights but i found that the lights i had would plug in but the case door could not shut over as my lights were colour changing with a remote control and the plug was slightly bigger than an average plug therefore it would not seal and be water proof so this is why i have given it only 3 stars. The unit itself is very easy to install but if you are buying it for Christmas lights i think the description should change and allow people to check if it's suitable for their lights.

I fitted this no problem but after a few downpours I noticed a bit of condensation inside front cove have left front open during warm spells don't think it's 100 % waterproof
