Perfect for a ginger pie crust
I wanted to make a ginger pie crust. This 1 box is the perfect amount of cookies to make 3 cups of crushed cookies for one 9” pie or springform pan. I used a Cuisinart to crush the cookies but you wouldn’t have to.

Nabisco Ginger Snaps
In my opinion...These ginger snaps (Nabisco brand) are the best ginger snaps out there. The flavor is just perfect with the blend of spices. I could eat the whole box I like them that well. Highly recommended.

Nice and thin, not too hard but have a nice snap, and have a great amount of spice to them. Would buy over and over again

Love 'em or hate 'em
To be fair, this type of cookie isn't going to be a favorite for most people. My partner's opinion is that flavors like ginger and molasses should have stayed in the 1800s where they belong, science has given us Oreos and Chips Ahoy now. However, if you are the type of person who prefers a simply flavored cookie with a very crisp bite, these will definitely please you. A couple are a perfect accompaniment for a hot cup of tea, and you won't feel overdone and weighed down like you would with a sugary-chocolately cookie.
