Fantastic Paella pan
We love the Spanish cuisine, so we wanted to cookPpaella, which is only possible with a real paella pan, so we ordered this enameled Paella pan.It is light -weight, durable and easy to clean! Used it twice so far and we are very satisfied. Paella tasted like the ones in Spain. We filled in some water to sit a bit afterwards, so cleaning it is a breeze, and wiped it out with just a few drops of live oil to keep it nice and clean.Addition:We needed a bigger pan as we had a party, so we ordered also the 18 inch paella pan. In the first place, the ordered pan camedamaged (dent and split off a piece of the enamel coating) but Amazon customer service provided a refund and I re-ordered it.It came in excellent new condition as expected and fits perfect on our Weber grille! I attached a photo. This pan is perfect to prepare paella!

Perfect sized pan for paella
This pan is the right size for cooking paella. Do yourself a favor for heat distribution and put on multiple burners if cooking indoors. Otherwise this pan cooks well. Only wish is I had more cabinet space for a pan this size

Works Great!
We've been cooking paellas and paella style Spanish "arroces" for a few decades now and own about eight different sized paella pans made from various materials. I used to prefer the carbon steel ones but I find myself using the enameled ones more and more. They aren't "non-stick" but they are easier to clean than the carbon steel ones and they don't rust.

Pizza?
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked the way the pan looked, it comes from Spain and not China. I am returning this pan as it will not fit in my countertop oven. I will purchase the 10-inch pan which I am hoping will fit in my oven.

It's lovely
Love this pan. I'm making flatbread with it. Does the job well. It's also beautiful. Kinda wish it came in a green enamel color to match my other enamel ware.

Poor QC - first received sent back - replacement worse than the first!
First received - Enameled paella pan - out of the "box" both handles had pieces of enamel missing/chopped off. Returned for replacement. Hopefully replacement is better. Also, this company Machika has two phone numbers listed on their actual website that do not work. They will not provide a working phone number to speak with them which is find "shady" Their customer service is average at best and do not know their product - asked for the thickness of the metal or the gauge - and the response was its normal thickness lol. Send them messages and they do not answer the complete message - example - if you ask them three questions, they only answer one of the three which necessitates another email (since the dont have a working phone number). Waste time back and forth since they dont read the messages fully (or they dont understand)Replacement received - the replacement worse than the first - upon opening the box noticed flecks of enamel through the inside of the plastic wrapping - which meant that even prior to sue the enamel was coming off the pan. Took the cardboard off one handle and pieces of the enamel literally came off the one handle! How can companies put out junk like this with zero QC?
