Hands-down, the tastiest jarred pesto I’ve ever had… I am always so happy to order this, either by the case of six, or by two at a time. We use it on our avocado toast or scrambled eggs and of course with pasta. Truly, you have to try this. ( I snuck a bite, while babysitting for Friend, as they had this in their fridge… And I literally had to rush out and find it the very next day). But definitely was fearful that I could eat the whole jar. And if any of you have babysat before and snuck food… You know what I’m talking about. Hey I think we’ve all done it. Ha ha . This is even better than homemade my opinion. Enjoy !

My husband makes his own pizza and has used this sauce forever. He won’t use any other sauce.

I am a connoisseur of pesto. I'm very hard to please. Most pesto is garbage made with vegetable oil and who knows what. This is the best stuff. Olive oil et cetera. I have bought probably 20 bottles of this stuff.It's the best.

Of course, nothing compares to homemade. This stuff's pretty salty, but that's easily remedied, and overall, I think the product is great, for a number of reasons. 1. The texture is perfect. 2. Adding shredded basil, a few pine nuts and/or grated Parmesan gives this stuff a tremendous flavor boost. 3. When you make your own pesto there's never enough. Adding Mezzetta increases the volume. 4. It's a useful pantry staple. I had some tonight on flatbread, wish shredded mozzarella and a few chopped meatballs, adding fresh basil leaves after removing it from the microwave. Dinner in minutes, without turning on the oven. Package arrived on time, and was sturdily packed - no breakage. I've never seen this product in any of my grocery stores, and I love Mezzetta's tomato products, so it made sense to get the 6 -pack.

Very tasty sauce the name says it All, packaged well with bubble wrap everything is good came in perfect condition and the date year expires 2027

Okay, I'm gonna take the time to write a review, because I was so worried that these jars of pesto were going to get here in a big, oily, broken mess.... they were shipping from somewhere in Illinois, prolly Chicago? ...going down to the SE US, and being glass jars, well..... I am SO VERY happy to report that they were nestled in their little case box ( I got 6 of them) and that was in a box, nestled inside thick, heavy- duty bubble wrap. Wheww... and Yaaay! Yeah, relative to the other things in a day, it's not really up there in importance, but that kind of mess IS A HASSLE, right? So, Shout Out to whoever packed this order.... You get a 10! ..and a BIG Thank You. :) Btw... if you're reading, this is the ONLY Authentic Basil Pesto I found on here, that's made with EVOO, and not some nasty Soybean/Sunflower/Canola crap, or filled with "other" stuff that DOESN'T belong in a good pesto. :p Read the ingredients list... cuz, if you know, "you know". Mangia!

My local store used to carry this pesto and then dropped it. All the remaining pesto product at the store used lower grade oils and nuts. This brand fit my scrutiny for ingredient quality and taste.

Good Pizza Sauce -- could be just a tad spicier. I'm not much on spice, but sauce seems somewhat bland.
