Ambient Lighting Blush Color Luminous Flush - Champagne Rose

Was way too pink. Was replacing one I had and loved. This one was too solid of color. Not a mixture of colors and came across too pink

I've wanted to try this forever, but I was put off by the price and, "being of a certain age", I was concerned that the shimmer would call attention to my less than perfect skin. I finally caved after watching dozens of "beauty gurus" on YouTube, AND after finding it on Amazon for a much less expensive price than at Sephora. Looking on Amazon at the "Prime" offer, I checked out the "See Other Sellers" and luckily stumbled across the "Product Junkies" store that was offering this at $27.00 with $4.99 shipping!! I haven't seen it offered this cheaply since, so it may have been a one-off or a special promotion. What ever the case, I suggest that folks always check out the "see other sellers" area as it is, on occasion, less expensive than "Prime", even if one has to pay postage. In any case, love the blush. The "shimmer" I was concerned about turned out to be more of a glow... not shiny or sparkly. I'm officially a fan.

Super fast shipping. tried this color because of the super low price from this seller. I don't have access to Hourglass cosmetics in order to do an in person swatch. There is nothing "wrong" with the color. It's a matter of personal preference. I like pink blushes as that is the hue I flush naturally. This blush is a bit muddy on my light skin. I don't noticed an incredible "glow" either. I am glad I have this, but am definitely not chomping at the bit to try any of the other colors. The luminous, goldy parts mix with the plummy color which, on my skin, is a bit too peachy/brown. Again, not bad, but definitely not a natural blush look. I may have better luck in summer wih a bit of natural color to my face.

This stuff is so pretty- been using it for a few years. But don't buy it here!! It's a mini size! Go anywhere else and buy it to get the full size for same price!!
