These look like a big pill and the dose says take two, but honestly I have no problem taking these and you could split them up in the day if you want. I’m the picture, I’m comparing it to a normal Tylenol pill. It’s ever so slightly bigger but not by much. It’s super easy going down. If you can take Tylenol you could take these. There’s no after taste or burping, no upset tummy, I haven’t smelled anything, though I don’t go shoving my nose in these things either lol! It’s a great source of Vegan Collagen as I’m allergic to all dairy. Iodine is very good for the body. Right now I’m pregnant so I just take one of these as my prenatal also has Iodine and I don’t want too much. I feel more energy and like I have better skin somehow. I’ve been taking these for a while and keep them as a staple. They’re so good for you! You probably see Irish Sea Moss Gel advertised all over, this is that in capsule form and I feel lasts longer, goes farther, and is easier to take.

I am not sure yet because i just started to take it. No physical change yet. I will keep taking it.
