It helps me relax and be able to sleep

I’ve been taking these for quite some time now and they have helped me get to sleep and stay asleep. They have some of the better tasting ones I’ve tried. I was on the subscription plan which saves you money, but for the past 3 times that I was supposed to get them they have been out. Which is upsetting, since I would think that having a subscription I would have priority to get them. Guess I’m going to have to switch to something else!

I’ve been taking melatonin for a while hadn’t been helping much lately. I found these as an alternative first few seemed to help didn’t wake up groggy like with Benadryl. The past two nights I’ve been talking in my sleep, which I’ve never done before, and having crazy dreams while moving around so much I hit my husband. I will try one more time tonight, hopefully no crazy side effects.
