I love it so much
I can’t believe how easy it is to use. It is lightweight, easy to store, FOOD DOES NOT STICK UNLESS YOU DON’T SPRAY IT/OIL IT FOR COOKING. THE HEAT LEVEL IS GOOD. THERE ARE THREE SETTINGS. IT LOOKS KIND OF CHEESY WHEN I ORDERED IT AND IT WAS REALLY JUST GOING TO BE FOR COOKING RICE, BUT I ENDED UP USING IT TO COOKING ENTIRE MEALS. I COOKED PASTA WITH IT FROM START TO FINISH. JUST PLAIN HAMBURGER, PASTA SAUCE, AND NOODLES. WHO WOULD’VE THOUGHT YOU CAN COOK AN ENTIRE BOX OF NOODLES !?🥰 it’s really good value for your money. Versatile, it has a grill included with it. I love that. I wish that I could get my mom one. This was kind of a big purchase for me although it was like $35, I’m a single mom etc. etc., definitely worth purchasing I promise!

Perfect one or two person gril/pot
This has a lot of style packed into a small package, and is really easy to use. The grill pan was my primary reason for purchase, and I like that the ridges have enough lift to give nice grill marks, but not quite 5-star since it grills well but a bit low a temperature. As a grill, steaks came out okay, better for 1/2 inch steaks, and skewers of chicken, shrimp and veggies came out perfect - tip: get 6" skewers, anything bigger won't fit. Burgers also worked well, so the only reason for not 5-star, and expected in this type of appliance, is that it simply doesn't get hot enough for steak searing.........For hot pot, stew and other dishes, it is absolutely perfect, the right size for one or two people. It boils fast, easy to shift to a simmer, and fits nicely in the middle of a table for easy access. The bowl is a bit deep for anything like fried eggs, but works nicely for pan sauted veggies. So, big marks for compact and cute style, great hot pot and saute functionality, and 4-star as a grill for most foods.

GREAT for dorm/studio cooking!!
I like that the stainless steel pot means no harsh chemicals. The only aspect to clean is that you might have to soak it. The heat element works amazingly well, so you probably won't need as much as you think. I've posted pictures of what I ended up making (for two--with leftovers), which was Loaded Cheeseburger Mac and grilled garlic buns. I did the low liquid version of the macaroni, adding in cheese, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper and a bit of half and half, before adding the shredded cheese. Once that was cooked, I set it aside on a potholder, with the lid on to keep it warm. It only took about 10 minutes to season and sauté red onion, brown the lean ground beef, and to cook off the moisture from half a can of drained, diced tomatoes. I used pot holders to remove the grill pan and combine the meat, onions and tomatoes with the cheesy mac, then returned it to low heat, stirring in a spoonful of pickle relish, then seasoning a bit more with mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Once it was hot enough, I removed the hot pot with the lid on, quickly wiped out the grill pan, and took the two halves of a hamburger bun, buttered one side and added a bit of garlic powder and dried parsley. I grilled it up within 2 minutes, and put the hot pot back in on low heat, with the cheeseburger mac ready to serve. I think I'll try the constructed chicken pot pie next. I highly recommend this appliance!

The heating plate is still hot 20 minutes after I unplugged the hotpot.
The media could not be loaded. The heating plate is still hot 20 minutes after I unplugged the hotpot. I just got this from Amazon 2 hours ago and just ate lunch with it for the first time. The cords been unplugged for 20 minutes now and the plate is still very hot. I’m guessing there’s a battery in the base that was still discharging electricity. I later discovered the dial controlling the heat was kept at “medium”. I thought since the cord was unplugged, it wouldn’t matter what the dial controlling the heat was at because I expected the hotpot to be completely off. Aroma, please try checking this out for yourselves. Have the base heat plate (without the cooking pot) on to high for 10 minutes, keep the heat dial to “high”, then unplug the hotpot. If the heat plate is still hot after 20 minutes then you’ve re-created my issue. Please take a look as this is potentially dangerous. Thanks
