For demonstrative purposes, I cleaned out my brush before using it. My daughter likes to use it and it's always full of hair afterwards. I started using this shampoo and conditioner roughly two weeks ago. I immediately noticed that my hair doesn't fall out in the shower while using it. I can't remember a time when I didn't have hair on my hands after washing and rinsing. I have always experienced hair fall in the shower. Since I began using this, I haven't experienced that. No hair on my hands, the wall, the curtain, or in the drain. Barely any hair on my brush after brushing through WET hair. No hair fall on my clothes throughout the day. My hair feels incredibly clean and so soft after using this, which is something I didn't expect with a shampoo with so few ingredients, and it smells amazing. I leave it on my hair for a couple of minutes as recommended and the cool, tingly sensation feels amazing. I cannot attest to its ability to help with hair growth just yet, obviously, but I recommend this product to everyone I know simply based on the lack of hair fall. It's 100% worth it just based on that alone! Update: Not only is my hair still not falling out but, my stylist has noticed that it actually feels and appears thicker. I also suggested that my husband use it and it has cleared up his scalp psoriasis almost completely. No other products helped him at all. This one did. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I buy shampoo and conditioner based on the smell, and how it makes my hair feel. I love the refreshing but not medicinal scent of this product. I honestly can't tell if it helps with hair loss or regrowth, but my hair feels great after shampooing. Only a small quantity is needed, so it lasts a long time.

Great smelling shampoo! What’s not to like? It leaves hair shiny and clean! Good value for a matched set. I do wish it had come with a PUMP dispenser. It's hard to pick a big bottle up in the shower. I have shelves that are sturdy enough to handle pump dispensers, so in the future that will be what I buy. My bottles that have pumps will be substitutes for one that don’t, when they run out. After about three months of consistent use, I noticed a significant reduction in hair shedding, and my hairstylist also pointed out new hair growth. Before using this shampoo and conditioner, I was losing a lot of hair when brushing. Now, there’s only a small amount in my brush. I’ve been using the product for four months total and am very pleased with the results so far. I let the shampoo sit for 3–4 minutes and leave the conditioner in for about two minutes before rinsing. This has worked well for me, and I plan to continue using it.

Works ok, do not use it as your daily shampoo it dried my hair out and I actually started loosing more hair due to dryness. I use it twice a week and that seems to be the trick. I use biologics/nexxus when not using this and it seems to be a great balance. The smell is super invigorating I love this product for this reason!!!! The conditioner is awesome as well

The First Botany Peppermint Rosemary Hair Regrowth Oil feels refreshing on the scalp and has a nice, clean scent. It’s lightweight, not too greasy, and leaves my hair softer and healthier-looking. I’ve noticed less shedding and stronger strands with regular use.

I would give NO stars if I could. I honestly had high hopes for this shampoo conditioner set. First red flag, the smell - I got past it, not everything that helps us is going to smell good. The first use - had a handful of hair in hand after shampooing. Let it slide since it was the first use and maybe I hadn't washed my hair for a day or 2. The conditioner is kind of thin, but the peppermint in it is strong. So strong that my scalp continued to tingle hours after my hair was dry. Especially where the conditioner had gotten close to the scalp on the back on my head and behind my ears. Walking around the house after my hair was dry I kept smelling dirty gym socks - spoiler that was the shampoo and conditioner. Gave it a few more uses, because I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. More and more hair came out after every use. And the smell of it once my hair was dry made me so self conscious that I was afraid other people would smell it and think I didn't know how to take care of myself. There is a shampoo line from a store sponsored by a cute dog that has rosemary and peppermint in the title, just like these and they do the same thing and they smell wonderful - WHAT HAPPENED?

The majority of products I've tried leave my scalp very itchy. No rash, no discoloration and no dandruff, just horribly itchy. SO much so that before I realized it was my shampoos, I was having my husband check my head for lice. My scalp is oily and my shoulder length hair is dry. Other products either exacerbated my oily scalp or the dryness of my hair IF it did not make my scalp itch. I would have to wash my hair everyday because of my oily scalp but it dries out my hair. THIS SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER DO NONE OF THE ABOVE! I have finally found a perfect product . I originally bought for the claims of regrowth properties and to be honest, I have not really paid enough attention to review that aspect of the product. I just have been too happy to NOT have an itchy oily scalp and dried out hair. Also, I LOVE how it comes when shipped. In plastic & secure tops that do not leak or break during shipping and also come with two flip tops for easy use in the shower. Being Paraben and Sulfate Free and Made in the USA are added perks! AND it is affordable and the amount of product goes a long way, especially the shampoo! Rinses clean without a residue feeling. First few uses, the tingling from the mint was a wee bit unnerving but now I get no tingling with the shampoo, only the conditioner and I don't mind so much anymore.
