Is this a good bowling ball for dry lanes? I don't want it to hook to early. ( house condition oil)

I really don't know. I have never bowled when it is not oily. I really like the ball. A gal in my league tried my out --- she LOVED it & bought one too.

Does it come with finger hole?

You would never want to order a ball with holes because it's not sized to your hand. It's same as trying to find a ball to fit your hand at bowling center. Never true to your fingers or span of your hand
