Q: Can you tell me what the height of the 3M tape is, i.e., is it 2" tall?

no the reflective part (silver) is about 1/2 an inch. the reflective silver and the hi viz together are about 3/4 of an inch.

Q: Hows the quality of the gloves?

Does not come with gloves. Just a strap with a clip to hold your pair of gloves that you can clip to your coat, air pack or pants. Again no gloves.

Q: Does this product meant nfpa standards?

There are no NFPA standards that I’m aware of that cover glove holders

Q: Have they addressed the issues with the velcro that some of the reviews mentioned in some of the reviews?

Velcro is notoriously hard to last, especially in the fire service. If you're concerned about the Velcro, I would recommend our adjustable glove strap instead. LXFGS-ADJ
