I've had 5 cars in my life including my current one. Putting a bottle of STP fuel injector cleaner into my tank every 4-5,000 miles has been my habit since I got my first car. Of course, I won't know what would have happened if I've never done that. At least, I've never experienced issue with the fuel injector in any of my car. I've also told all my relatives and friends about this. It only costs a few dollars every few months. If you need to repair or replace your fuel injection system, the price you pay can buy you a few cases of this cleaner. Think about that.
