35lb capacity according to info on box
Just received this and clearly written on the outside of the box is "Capacity: 35lb per bike". Maybe I missed it but I can't see a weight limitation anywhere on the advert. Our ebike is 53lb so no way can this be used with it. So it's going to have to be returned and that's wasted our time and the suppliers time. Very disappointing

Haven't used it yet other than to check the item fits which it does and the bicycle is now ready to put on the bicycle rack for days out in the country side

Should work well
The large chrome pin for the handle bar end would tend to possibly abrade the stem so I cut off a length of old hose pipe, wrapped it in Eterna bond tape and slipped it over the pin as shown. Gives a tough but soft coating that would not grind against the stem of the handlebar. See photos.

Perfecta, salvo un pequeño detalle.
La barra está excelente, muy sólida y de buenos materiales. El único pero que le pongo es que la parte delantera tiene un pasador de metal que no está cubierto por ningún material suave, por lo que ese mismo pasador que es donde reposa el manubrio/potencia de la bici podría rasparse con el movimiento. Lo que hice fué cubrir la potencia y el pasador con un trapo y ya con eso se evita que se raspe la bicicleta. Comparando esta barra contra una barra Yakima creo que la barra Allen vale mucho más la pena porque cuesta una cuarta parte, salvo ese detalle que les comento.Fuera de eso está excelente, no es muy pesado y se nota sólida la construcción, de hecho ya compré 2 para mis dos bicicletas, una de las bicis es de montaña para dama y le quedó excelente, y la otra es una bici de MTB normal para hombre, talla mediana. y también quedó perfecta.

Cumple con su función.
Esta barra esta enfocada a aquellas personas que tenemos bicis que no se pueden montar en los racks para autos como las dobles suspensión o las de mujer; la barra es sencilla, funciona a través de un resorte y un seguro metálico que se engancha en la parte baja del asiento y de la potencia, el seguro no está forrado, por lo que puede lastimar la pintura del cuadro y/o de la potencia, yo le puse una cámara vieja para proteger esa zona, mi rack (Graber Outback) no logró sujetar al 100% la barra, sobre todo en la parte más angosta de la misma, provocando que en parte del trayecto la bici llegara a golpear un poco con el la cajuela del vehículo, voy a intentar solucionarlo enrollando otra cámara en esa parte del tubo a ver si funciona. Por el precio no podía exigir más, recomendable para salir del apuro.
