Great attachment and works easy and easy to clean. Makes great pasta but of course that is what it is supposed to do.

I took a pasta making class and these were the exact boards we used in the class. Of course I had to get one for myself. Not sure how often I will make individual noodles, but I'm ready when I do. Easy to use and good size.
