How do you attach this product to a slipper or a sock?

To use this product, you just remove a plastic protector sheet from one side of warm pad. It does not have a sticky side. You just place each pad inside, bottom of your shoe. You can place it inside of your sock, but I don't recommend to use direct contact to your skin. You might feel too hot. I felt too hot through my thin sock on. This pad might be moved around inside of slipper.

How many (pair) per box?

There are 72 pairs total in 12 packages with six pairs per package.

Being that i can you use these for wearing steel toe boots, are these better than the toe warmers

That's just personal preference. The insole warmers will warm the whole foot where the toe warmers focus on the toes. Give them both a try.

Do you carry these in a larger size? Last case I bought from you was a foot warmer half the size of my foot

I have a size ten it doesn't cover the whole foot just about 3/4s but they where more than enough
