I'm very impressed with these products! I've used various brands but this companies probiotics seem to be some of the best. My gut flora has changed for the better & I've dropped weight and gained energy. Not to sound too personal, but my flatulence has also decreased to a great degree! CFU means "colony forming unit", our stomachs need good bacterialuck flora to properly digest & process. Take one tablet first thing in the am & don't eat or drink for 30-60 minutes. If you can go 12-16 hours every night before taking the probiotics, your body will be much healthier! The above information is a combination of my own studies & that of my brother who was diagnosed with Lyme disease. He has since studied intensely about good health & concluded that a healthy gut is the doorway to a better & longer life! my doctor wanted me to get on a good probiotic to help with some IBS issues and this had the opposite effect. Very uncomfortable.

I had been reading that probiotics were essential for wellness, so I did some research before purchasing any. I found that not all probiotics are created equal, and that there are certain amounts of certain ingredients that are crucial for maximum efficacy. I searched high and low to find that right recipe for a reasonable price, and came upon these guys. I've been taking them now for about a year and couldn't be happier, and neither could my gut :-). They had the right amount of the right ingredients, and the price was as good as could be found for the ideal product. I highly recommend them, and this company, which is very responsive to communications I have sent them in the past.

It's always hard to know with products like this, because confirmation bias can be strong; I want to say it works (or the converse, maybe I got sick right after starting to take it, and want to blame the product). But honestly, I have no empirical evidence of the efficacy. However, from my perception, I believe that I do seem to have a stronger immune system since I started taking this product regularly. It took my body a little while to adjust to it, it seemed to mess with my stomach some the first couple of weeks, but not an issue since. I guess the most ringing endorsement I can give is that a number of months in, I am continuing to take it because I think it is doing me good.

As you can see by the picture above….this probiotic is very effective. After a couple hours doing the milk test it completely turned into yogurt and smelled just like yogurt. The pictures tells it all and you would not be wasting your money!

Product assisting with achieving healthy diet and gut

Have been using these for a few weeks and they are marvellous. All the bloating that I used to suffer has now ceased. They have definitely made a huge difference to my stomach problems. The great bonus with this particular brand is that they don't have to be refrigerated making it easier to take away with you when traveling. I will definitely continue to use. Although they seem to be more expensive than other brands they are worth the money for the convenience of storage and the affect they have on the stomach.

While the probiotic works for me I was disappointed and annoyed the stated discounts and codes don't work on Amazon.com.au. I raised this issue with Life & Food who stated Amazon.com.au won't allow us to generate discount vouchers. I suspect selling products associated with discount offers that can't be realised breaches the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 but haven't confirmed that.

I am really impressed with this product. I regularly take probiotics and had been scouting around for another as I wasn't convinced with the one I was taking - naming no names, it has a very high volume of good reviews and is a solid tablet rather than capsule. Anyway, as soon as I took my first capsule of Ultra Probiotic 50 billion, I immediately felt a few cramps going on inside me, I had a couple of headaches and my skin, which has been problematic for a while got much worse along with a couple of other things I also felt generally pretty rotten. Obvious signs of a battle going on inside me. Added to this I think the menopause is starting to really kick in. Anyway, I stuck with it and after a couple of weeks my acne has finally started clearing, and the eczema is starting to come back under control (haven't had this since was a teenager). I feel like things are coming back into order. I even feel light hearted and had one of those moments where you just cant stop laughing - I thought it was hilarious anyway - yesterday. Brilliant!My only gripe, and the reason why this product has dropped a star, is that this product isn't cheap and so I was delighted to see inside the packaging there's a coupon offering 50% off your next bottle. The catch it you have to buy it direct from their website - ie from America. This means it'll be charged an import duty if the face value of the product is more than £15.00 - which in itself isn't a problem, but the big problem is that, in addition to the import duty, the Post Office charge £8.00 for a handling fee!I have had an automated email from Life and Food (the product manufacturer) asking if I'm happy with the product and will I consider a review etc. Within the email it provides a code for 15% off my next purchase, which is great. But I'd actually like the 50% off next purchase please. If its offered in the US and the coupon making this offer was included in stock destined for the UK, why cant the UK customers also have 50% discount via their next Amazon purchase?A response from Life and Food would be very much appreciated.I'll reiterate here once again. I think the product is brilliant and I definitely recommend, but it is expensive so, please Life & Food, make the 50% off coupon valid for use on Amazon for UK customers.Thank you.
