I have been using this product and their multivitamins for my daughters for a few years now. I love their product for 2 main reasons - 1. These are not gummies but chewable tablets with pleasant taste, so much less sugar than similar products. 2. All their serving size is 1 tablet as compared to other which is 2-3 tablets. Our children have been taking this particular D3 + K2 supplement for about two years. Lab work has shown a notable increase in their Vitamin D levels since before they started taking this brand. Perfect ! NOT JUST FOR KIDS Got these for my son a few years ago and I noticed it was the perfect dose that he needed to get his Vitamin D # up on his labs so I decided to try it for myself because mine was low too. I had been purchasing a few different more fancy & expensive brand for adults with higher dose but no luck till I tried these! Started giving them to my elderly aunt and uncle they are in their late 80's and struggle with going outside so no way to get them Vit-D from the sun and they take way too many pills as it is .
