This is my favourite flavour out of the ON amino energy range, wish this one contains electrolytes too but oh well. It has enough caffeine to help me get through my workouts ~1.5-2hrs and doesn't make me crash afterwards. I would describe it as stronger than a coffee as a pre-workout and weaker than a marketed pre-workout. I'm still able to sleep at night with this, but I generally average 2-3 coffees a day.
