Dell Inspiron 14 7000 AMD Ryzen 5 4500U 8GB 256GB SSD 14-inch Full HD Touch Screen 2-in-1 Laptop

Four years ago I bought a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series 2-in-1 that I loved. In looking for a similar one, this seemed to be a close match so I ordered one. It is copper colored, lightweight, and fast. Before purchasing I went to a store and pulled up YouTube in each display model. This one and a Microsoft Surface were equally fast in loading but since this was similar to my old Dell, I ordered it. So far, very pleased. Touch screen works well. Zero complaints.

Comes set up with a password…Mine had an issue with booting up after 2 months. Eventually I fixed it but I was unable to reset it because it has windows installed with a password only connected to a specific outlook account. (New security from Microsoft)

I am not getting paid for this review. I bought this for my son who is a high senior and this laptop exceeded my expectations! great battery life, fast , clear if anyone knows where i can get a clear protective case for it let me know . i got the 14" 2 in 1 model.

I bought this as a replacement for the same laptop I unfortunately broke last week. It’s amazing and I got it for 350$ cheaper than the same one I purchased at Best Buy! Would recommend. Works great for college work only complaint is the keyboard is not raised up high so it’s harder to type on.

I purchased this computer for an accelerated masters program, (where my time has become extremely valuable) and I have only used it for school purposes. After one week of use I noticed the computer was running slowly, freezing during videos etc. I have now called dell customer service four times for this issue (in 5 weeks), each time the service takes anywhere from 1-3 hours. On my last call I told the customer service rep that I was done trying to fix the issues and wanted to return or replace the computer. I was then informed that my 1 year warranty did not cover this, and I was not eligible for a return, which is contradictory to what I was told on previous calls, when my apparent 30 day warranty would have allowed me to return the laptop. I will never purchase a dell computer again which is too bad because I used to highly suggest them.

It's a fine laptop to use, but I encountered two major problems that leads me into returning it. First is of the design, the laptop hurts my legs very much when I put it on my lap. I understand you wanted it to be able to fold back 360°, but it definitely doesn't felt comfortable using it normally. If you ever had a cat, it feels like when your cat is standing on your leg, and you can feel their whole body weights are relying on that four tiny paws, which is poking a hole into your legs. The other problem is mainly why I return it, after I used it for about three weeks, it begins to stop charging even though it's plugged in. It's fixed after I restart it, but I encountered the issue one more time before returning it.
