I often see words misspelled. I have been using this particular product for several years. I also use another product from the same company, named, "Gloves in a Bottle", and have been for at least 20 years. I love both products and trust them with my precious skin. I think you will love this lotion, it is very light and soaks in quickly.

will the push cap from an 8oz bottle fit onto this bottle?

Yes,the 8oz bottle and the 16oz bottle both have the same cap and pump, except that the pump tube is longer on the 16oz bottle.

Is this made in china? i noticed chinese writing on the company website. when things are misspelled i always suspect original language of developer

I don't see anything on the bottle to indicate a connection with China. It mentions that it is distributed in the US by Century Formulations, Inc. in Beverly Hills, CA and in the UK by Abbliss Limited. I bought it for crepiness in my upper arms and it has worked well for me. Hope this helps.
