Se nota ya con el peso que es de muy buena calidad, después de cambiar mil y una vez los flexos de los chinos porque se rompía, he decidido gastarme un poco más en una marca reconocida y se nota desde el momento en que te llega que es bueno.

Called the manufacturer (LIXIL) and after several weeks of idiocy they sent me the entirely wrong parts. Their customer service is absolutely terrible but since this part has a lifetime warranty I didn't want to buy a replacement. After going 2 weeks without our shower and probably another 2 weeks trying to fix this I decided to order from Amazon instead. We had the part in 2 days and a working shower about 10 minutes later!! Awesome. I decided to buy the longer hose since it was cheaper than the shorter one for some reason but it is perfectly fine.

I hope it's the real product. The reason is, that blister package was broken and opened. Exterior amazon name on envelope was in perfect condition and well sealed. I trust Grohe and I'm sure will last for long time. It took quite long to arrive but it's in my hands now. 5 star because all grohe that I have last long and are good quality.
