Love it. It needs a bit of semolina flour each use, but works great. No more funky shaped baguettes.

If you are serious about baking baguettes, you just have one! Get this one as it’s perfect! It comfortable and easy to use, preserves the shape! So happy with this purchase!

Board oiled and waxed nicely. A little pricey which is the reason for 4 stars not 5.

Lovely piece of canvas for rising those baguettes. Remember however, that you'll need to get the dough off the canvas, so (a) flour the canvas heavily and (b) have your baguette paddle handy to gently roll your lovely dough onto your baking tin! (Now... how did I "discover" I needed a baguette paddle? LOL...)

A beautiful addition to my kitchen! I purchased a similar item from a different seller, and Amazon was unable to deliver it, replace it, or explain why that purchase could not reach my door. I'm very glad, because I got this beautiful transfer peel instead. It works perfectly for transferring proofed baguettes from the couche to the baking stone. It is like a large wooden ruler from elementary school, with the inches marked clearly, and beautifully beveled edges. I am very pleased.
