Love this tent.
Firstly it is easy to put up when you follow the guide they send with it.... I tried to go gungho and do it without it didn't workout so great. 2nd. Both nights we camped it was 0 to -4 degrees with 25mph winds and between -15 to -20 wind chill values. I fired up my wood stove and kept it going I had no use for my sleeping bag until it got cold from me waking up needing to stroke my fire but even then it was still relatively warm in there and held up very well in the snow. I put snow around the skirt and bought a footprint for this all worked great.y stove pipe was glowing red hot at a couple of points and it didn't melt the tent but I also wrapped my stove pipe with heat exhaust tape to help mitigate that some. If the stove is in there and foot print you can fit 3 to 4 people if you position properly I bought the T1. Great tent love it great value definitely happy with it I did put it through some test no leakage anywhere there was no condensation at all on the inside it's not that heavy and it a great size. Overall I am super happy with it won't rip I put it under some good tension and so did the snow rain and wind. 10/10 would recommend.

Game changer, with room for improvement
I’ve been looking at getting a tipi-style hot tent for a while and decided to dip my toes in with a more affordable option before dropping 800$ or so on a high-end tent. First impressions: Straightforward to set up, with a little practice it almost becomes trivial. The pole is sturdy, the stake-out loops and guy lines are all adjustable, and the tent itself is well made. The included instructions are clear and easy to understand. Packing it away is a little tricky to figure out, but oversized bags and compression straps help ensure that everything fits. Issues and concerns: My tent suffered some damage from the factory, a small piece of waterproofing tape apparently got misplaced and caused some damage to the fabric when we first opened it up. The tent is otherwise fully waterproof. That said, because this tent is waterproof, condensation was a serious issue. Even with a stove running inside, the walls were always wet with condensation. The stakes that come with the tent are intended for backpacking and are very lightweight, and while they’re fine for dirt, loam, etc. any rocks or roots you encounter may damage the stakes. I will be buying some heavier duty stakes for times when I don’t need to carry this tent on my back. Game changers: First, this tent weighs exactly the same as the 2 person dome tent (eureka midori 2) I use for backpacking. The stove I used only weighs a couple pounds as well, so I’m fully confident in my ability to take this tent backpacking. Second, this tent in conjunction with an ultralight wood stove warms up fast and stays warm for quite a while. Large vents near the peak meant that even when I was struggling to get a fire started in the stove, the smoke didn’t stick around long. Lastly, we managed to fit in 2 full size cots, plus a wood stove and wood for the night. At that point it was a tight fit without much room to move around, but it was still extremely comfortable. We even had some decent wind one night (15-20 mph) and with the tent fully staked out it was remarkably quiet, in fact what woke me up that night was a plastic bag caught in a nearby tree, not the tent fabric flapping.

Excellent value and durability in a hot tent
I used this tent for a week long elk hunting trip in December in eastern Wyoming, where the wind was consistently blowing at 10 to 30 mph and temperatures were in the teens to mid 20s every night. I had no issues with the tent. I used a large Lite Outdoors titanium stove and it kept the temperature inside the tent about 45 degrees. I was a little skeptical when I ordered the tent but it performed well and held up to the wind. It is too heavy (8lbs) for backpacking, but it was a great base camp. It was very easy and fast to setup and take down, and very roomy.

Good entry level hot tent
Worked fine for an entry level tent, better than spending money for a name brand if you have never hot tent camped before. It held up to wind and snow with no problems. Easy set up and adjustment. The fabric is thin to be gentle with it. I did find two small parallel cuts near the bottom of a panel, not sure when/how they got there. I just put duct tape on them when I got home so they don't grow. I did buy a second stove jack panel that I rolled up to protect the tent from the chimney since the little strip on the jack didn't seem adequate; I didn't want to burn the tent down. With all the stuff I had for 4 days it was just enough space for one. I can see where it will be snug with two adults and a large dog in the future. Don't even think of getting 4 people AND a stove in there at the same time. I look forward to using this tent more, worth the money in my opinion.

Good Gear Isn't Cheap & Cheap gear Isn't Good
I took this tent out for the first time this weekend on a birthday camping trip to myself. Big Disappointment to say the least. To be fair, the product description does mention that it is "light weight". You need to take that statement to heart. It is so light weight that the anchor points tore off in my hands when I was trying to stake it down. This would be perfect for your kids to play with out in the back yard but as far as being a serious and reliable piece of camping equipment......Not so much. My advise, if you're wanting a hot tent, DO NOT GO CHEAP. Spend the extra money for something that will last you for more than one outing. After one trip, mine is now in the trash. You have been warned.

Tent set up easy, all taped seams. good headroom and descent zippers. The stove jack was of good quality as well. The tent is very roomy and would be very comfortable for 2 campers with cots. The only reason I didn't go with 5 starts is the tent pegs are very poor. Clearly made to be light for backpacking but not strong enough to drive in frozen ground in the winter. I will just replace them with 8" spikes. I got the tent surprisingly warm with a fairly small stove with a fan in the top in -16 C, great for single layer nylon.

I just came back from a camping trip and I'm glad I bought this tent. We had high winds and I had no problem with this tent holding up and intact I had a really good night's sleep. The only thing I would suggest to the company is to have a double zipper. Its easy to get into the tent but I found it a little difficult trying to get out because the zipper is so low at the bottom I need to kneel down to grab the zipper to pull it up. That was the only thing. I wantes to see how it would hold up during a rain storm but did t happen. Lots of room I side for what I needed it for. It was perfect. Can't wait to take it out again. So light weight. Easy to put back into bag.

Easyier to set up and take down then i thought it be, very straightforward. There is a tool to figure out where the stakes go. It comes with weird little black tiedowns and no instructions how to use them. Very spacious tho, and packs down pretty small. If i had the bug net id use this tent all year.
