Great addition to the nomad.
I do enjoy and use the rack a lot. My only disappointment is with in a month one of the screws disappeared from the Mount attachment at the bottom. I even check the System on a regular basis but it must’ve vibrated loose. Not a big deal as I just replaced it with another bolt but I no longer have the plastic bushing that was there. Outstanding addition to the trailer. As for other reviewers who complain about the difficulty moving it up and down for access I have found very little problems with moving it up and down. I just push the buttons and lift or push as needed. I add a cargo net to the rack to hold thing on the rack like my small backpack I take with me as I move around In stores so yes it has a useful purpose. Worth every single penny for the burly trailer.

Solid upgrade to the Burley Nomad
Easy to install with obvious benefits if you’re planning a prolonged camping trip. Very happy with it.

Mounting "wingit"
Received the rack in good condition. But when installing it I notice that I only one of the two top mounts has a hole. Not sure how secure the rack will be with only one side attached to the top. Worried that with biking the right side will dig into the rain cover and damage it. Contemplating drilling a hole for the other side mount to work. For $85, I would have expected better from both Burley and Amazon. Going to the hardware store this week to find an alternative fix.Installation Update:Luckily, I was able to drill a hole in the other mount, and was able to match up the size and gauge pretty near perfect. Reinstalled the mount, and started to install on to my Nomad, and found that the rack/mount needs to be bent slightly inward to have a perfect fit. I spent about 30 mins trying to do the other side, and matching up the mount whole, to the rain cover hole, to the body was difficult and frustrating. It looks like the two outer mounts are at least a centimeter off when try to attack it to the cart. After finishing the "most difficult" easy installation, I did notice that the push button lifts on each leg are a bit difficult to initiate, but not impossible. Just one more little frustration that I will remember each time I open or close my Nomad. Will update more after I get to use the rack next trip.

Damaged in transit
Great product but was poorly packaged for shipping. Hardware was loose in box with an extra bolt included, at least none were missing! Rack was scratched with a slight dent in tubing upon arrival. Product performs great despite minor shipping damage. Due to the nature of the product, I’m sure to get lots more scratches & dents along the way, just didn’t expect the rack to come ‘pre-scratched’, ha! Overall satisfied and would recommend.

Short term functionality
The telescoping arms worked for 2 trips then locked up. Was replaced under warranty but I still don’t trust it. Design flaw expecting one aluminum pipe to telescope inside another aluminum pipe.

Perfect for extra stuff
This is great if you have lots of stuff that wont fit in your trailer.

Make sure to keep extra nuts and bolts. My rack became loose after the second week.
I love my burley nomad. My original one had several thousand miles on it. One tough little trailer. I always just tied down my bedroll to the top. Haven't taken it across country yet but it holds a 30 pack of beer just fine. Just put some loctite on the threads and you'll be fine.
