If you cannot get the switch due to the CV, but have the wireless access point
This is a great short term solution for those of us who bought Lennar Smart Homes. Amazon is not installing the hardware that comes with our homes due to the CV. This allow me to power the wireless access point in the ceiling, until such time as Amazon can do the installs again. No muss, no fuss - solution :-)

Finding a 10gig switch with PoE and that's budget conscience wasn't really viable. This injector solved the problem. Plugged it in and haven't thought about it since. Exactly what you want out of this type of product.

It works.
This works great with the Zoneflex 7982. We have the access point at the end of a long cat 5e cable, two rooms over from the router and this POE injector.
